Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions And Refund Policy

Casa Dios receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, and communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy


  • Cancellation policy: No refund will be given for cancellation or date change. No exceptions. Once booked cannot be canceled or any date change is allowed. A booking cannot be transferred to another day once booked nor transferred to another client. 

  • To block a date, 50% of the value of the booking needs to be paid up. The balance amount along with extras need to be paid one week prior to check-in date or your booking will be canceled automatically and there will be no refund of advance paid. In case of bookings made within a week of check-in date, the entire payment needs to be made at the time of booking.

  • All Bookings should be confirmed with a guest list and the residence and office address of the guest. This is mandatory.

  • Check-in 2:00 pm and check-out time 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check-out is strictly subject to availability with an additional charge. (Beyond 11:00 am there will be a day charge of INR 2,000 per person* upto 6:00 pm max. Please confirm your late check-out charges in advance). *A minimum amount of INR 20,000.

  • The entire villa (except the owners room / office) will be given to the guests.

  • Maids and Drivers will be charged extra @ INR 1500 per day (does not include any meals. 

  • Any person or guests entering the villa will be charged as per the applicable rates.

  • All consumables will be charged extra.

  • A security deposit of INR 10,000 to INR 25,000 will be charged for per stay at check-in.This will be refunded on check-out incase there is no damage to property and all the bills and accounts are settled.

  • Photo ID is mandatory on check-in. 

  • For Foreign Nationals Copy of the Passport and Visa is mandatory.

  • Pets will only be allowed with prior permission at the owner's discretion.

  • Meals can be ordered a minimum one day prior to check-in. We can facilitate the order through a local catering service. The meals amount will be collected in advance and not at the villa.

  • Cooking in the villa is not allowed without prior permission which has to be taken at the time of booking. 

  • It is the responsibility of the guests to make sure their caterers have cleaned the entire villa before they leave or the security deposit will be forfeited. There will be a charge of INR 70* per person per meal for catering service from outside. *Conditions apply.

  • Entry into the kitchen is strictly prohibited without permission.

  • Housekeeping service is complimentary.

  • Housekeeping timings:  9.00 am to 10.30 pm and until checkout.

  • Bartender services can be hired at an additional cost. 

  • Children below 7 should be monitored by parents at all times.

  • Music is only permitted upto 10.00 pm as per the Indian Govt. Law. Guests can hire a DJ at an additional cost. Music can only be played under permissible sound limits. Speakers can also be hired for an extra charge. Management or owners are not responsible if the police or local authorities take any action or fine the guests for breaking the law.

  • Outside DJ music is not allowed. Only has to be booked through us.

  • Please follow strict guidelines as per the Government of India/Maharashtra during COVID Pandemic. Make sure you haven't got any symptoms nor have come in contact with any COVID positive person in the last 14 days.
